Stephen Marino
President
Stephen serves as President, providing overall corporate leadership with a strong focus on strategic development and growth. Since joining AlaCOMP in 2003, he has worked closely with all departments to implement cost-saving initiatives and strengthen the company’s competitive position within the industry. His leadership has contributed to strong client retention and nationwide risk writing. He has also built a dynamic team, helping AlaCOMP earn recognition as one of the “Best Companies to Work For in Alabama.”
A graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Business Administration, Stephen is equally committed to his personal pursuits. He is married with three daughters, has completed an Ironman Triathlon, and enjoys boating and fishing in his free time.
Carol Maske
Senior Vice President
Carol Maske leads AlaCOMP’s Underwriting and Payroll Auditing departments and has been with AlaCOMP since 2011. Carol has a passion for animals and supports her local humane shelter, where she has adopted several animals. She enjoys spending time with her pets and family and staying active through swimming and long walks.
Mary Cummings
Vice President, Finance
Mary P. Cummings is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of experience in the financial services and accounting industries. She has expertise in public accounting, managing accounts, human resources, and IT functions for both private and publicly traded clients. Mary earned both a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s of Accountancy from Auburn University. She was named to the Birmingham Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40 list. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband and their two daughters. Mary is a certified scuba diver who has completed shark dives, night dives, and deep dives to depths of over 100 feet.
Matt Graham
Vice President, Claims
Matt Graham graduated from the University of Alabama and the University of Alabama School of Law and has been with AlaCOMP since 2018. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Alabama and has worked in the workers’ compensation industry on the claims management side since 2001. Outside of work, Matt enjoys reading science fiction and fantasy books and watching college sports.
Kyle Maske
Director of Risk Management
Kyle leads AlaCOMP’s Risk Management efforts, overseeing workplace safety, loss control, and OSHA compliance in alignment with industry standards. He holds OSHA 40-Hour General Industry and OSHA 511 certifications, as well as the Certified Safety Manager (C.S.M.) credential, demonstrating a strong foundation in safety management and regulatory compliance. Kyle also supports the Digital Marketing Team by helping develop safety-focused content for AlaCOMP members. Outside of work, he enjoys fitness and strength training, traveling to new places and experiencing different cultures, attending concerts, and spending time with his family and energetic pug.
Amy Noles
Vice President, Accountant
Amy Noles holds a Finance Degree from Huntingdon College and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking of the South at LSU. Her early work experience includes a brief stint as a clown.
Karl Peterson
Vice President, Marketing
Karl Peterson is a graduate of Rockford University and joined AlaCOMP in 2021. He brings over 30 years of specialized experience in workers’ compensation. Karl and his wife, Cindy, have three children and two grandchildren, and he considers being a father and grandfather his greatest joy. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and relaxing at the lake on weekends.

Bo Adams is a graduate of Auburn University and has been with AlaCOMP since 2012. Bo enjoys outdoor activities such as baseball, hunting, and fishing, as well as spending time with his wife and son.

Brianna Audain graduated from Troy University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Computer Science. Outside of work, Brianna enjoys playing the violin and has a strong passion for music.
Mandy Burbank

Mandy Burbank graduated from Huntingdon College with a degree in English and Psychology. Mandy enjoys spending time with her three children, hosting themed gatherings, and writing poetry.
Kim Campbell

Kim Campbell brings a wealth of experience in the insurance industry. She holds an associate degree in General Insurance and Insurance Services. Kim enjoys time with her family and relaxing at the beach.

Ashley Franks joined AlaCOMP in 2024. Outside of work, she values time with her husband and their two children, and enjoys spending time on the water.
Bronnice Jones

Bronnice Jones has been with AlaCOMP since 2003. She graduated from Alabama State University and Troy University in Montgomery. Bronnice is a proud mother and grandmother who enjoys traveling and giving back to her community.

Felecia Collins joined AlaCOMP in 2016 and serves as a Claims Supervisor. She is actively involved in her community, volunteering with youth, and values time with her family. In her free time, Felecia enjoys thrift shopping, crafting, and listening to music.
