What Does the Member Portal Offer?
The Member Portal allows members to:
- File a claim
- Make payments and set up automatic payments
- View and download policies, payment summaries, and claims summaries
- Complete audits (agents are unable to complete audits on behalf of members)
What Does the Agent Portal Offer?
The Agent Portal provides agents with tools to:
- Submit applications and bind coverage online. Many class codes are available for policies up to $15,000 in net premium.
- View their book of business
- Review renewal quotes
- Download policies, notices, experience mods, commission statements, billing statements, and loss runs
- Submit payments on behalf of members/insureds
What Are AlaCOMP’s Minimum Premiums?
AlaCOMP’s minimum premium is $1,000, with the following exceptions:
- Artisan Contractors: $1,500
- Churches and Daycares: $2,500
- Local Trucking: $5,000
- Long Haul Trucking: $6,500
